Decreased account payables by 20% within the first year and allowed payments of merely 18% of total billed amount for subsequent years which saved the city $10 – 15 million per year. 
  • Compiled and presented monthly/yearly financial reporting including the reconciliation of general ledger for Finance Director and Mayor of City of Cleveland.
  • Analyzed and reported status of budgets, revenue receipts, payables, forecasting and extrapolation; ensured compliance with GAAP for public sectors.
  • Developed and executed “compliance/HIPAA training” for staff and created “Financial Hardship” program for underprivileged constituents. The program is still in service.
