As a culinary director and executive chef with over 26 years of experience, I have led numerous renowned establishments to success, such as Old Harbor Brewery in Puerto Rico, Hyatt Grand Reserve, and Camelback Resort. My leadership has driven significant growth, including a 45% increase in net sales at Old Harbor Brewery and 65% growth at Hyatt Grand Reserve. I’ve had the honor of being recognized as the Most Influential Puerto Rican Chef Residing in the U.S. by the Chamber of Commerce of Puerto Rico. Throughout my career, I’ve taken on key roles at prestigious venues like Megu NYC and Haven Riverfront Restaurant & Bar, which was named one of the 16 Most Amazing Waterfront Restaurants of the World by *Architectural Digest*. My expertise spans menu development, cost management, and team training, consistently blending tradition with innovation to create exceptional culinary experiences.
