As a bilingual pharmacist fluent in both English and Spanish, licensed in North Carolina and Puerto Rico, I am dedicated to providing culturally competent and accessible pharmaceutical care to diverse communities. I completed a rigorous PGY-1 community-based pharmacy residency at UNC Health with the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, which equipped me with a comprehensive skill set in medication therapy management, patient counseling, and collaborative healthcare delivery. My experience as a clinical ambulatory care pharmacist has deepened my understanding of chronic disease management and the importance of continuity of care in improving patient outcomes. I thrive in fast-paced environments, adeptly managing tasks while maintaining a compassionate and approachable demeanor. With a strong commitment to patient education and advocacy, I strive to empower individuals to take an active role in their health journey.
