- Operating to the highest standards of Health, Security, Safety and Environment (HSSE) compliance; proactively assessing, identifying, and reporting HSSE related matters or incidents; and fully participating and utilising the Company's safety systems and tools (e.g. Share Its).
- Ensuring safe and correct handling, storage and movement of the Company's aviation products
- Review and analyzed customer fueling schedule to assign the proper manpower to any given time during the operation.
- Execute coordination and logistics in tasks before receiving aircrafts, establish control and communication at the ramp.
- Oversee daily operations and distribute flights among peers to ensure all flights had an on-line departure.
- Communication with different operational centers to gather information about delay flights and other pertinent situations.
- Ensuring that into-plane refueling is carried out in accordance with Company Operating Procedures.
- Keep and maintain the refueling equipment in excellent working condition.
- Perform some clerk activities using i6 or other software to record In and Out of product and entering other relevant data to the system.
- Must hold a Class 8 driving license for the vehicles at location.
- 2 years current driving experience desirable for heavy duty vehicles
- Supervisory experience for small or medium size teams
- Fuels tanker experience desirable.
- Refueling experience is highly desirable.
- It is desirable to live within 45 minutes' drive of the airport.
- Will be required to pass security clearance satisfactory to the Airport including a background criminal Record Check.
- Must have a flexible approach to working patterns including overtime working.
- Must have basic numeracy and data input skills.

- Completing induction training.
- Completing 360 learning training (computer base/ on-site training) and SMITHS DRIVING TRAINING.
- Daily vehicle inspections
- Perform QA testing of fuel and compare against latest Lab. Certificate.
- Receive fuel loads from carriers into the tank farm.
- Loading refuelers as needed.
- Refueling of aircraft

- Compiling with and maintaining the integrity of all Company safety and operational standards.
- Following the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all operational activities.
- Responsibility for the safe handling, storage and movement of Aviation Product including into-plane refueling; all in accordance with Company quality control and operating standards.
- Correct recording of all stock movement and sales.
- Operating correct emergency procedures in the event of incidents.
- Acting as the first point of contact with customers and maintaining the highest standard of customer service levels.
- Participating in training and maintaining competence in all procedures associated with the handling of Aviation Product and into-plane refueling operation.
- Working knowledge of, and implementing as necessary, Company Safety and Emergency Procedures.
- Scheduling work to ensure refueling are completed on time.
- Assisting with the planning of vehicles and/or manpower.
- Inputting all necessary data into the I6 computer system to control all sales transactions and product movement including end of day reconciliation.
- Maintaining all necessary records on refueling / product quality activity.
- Undertaking special responsibilities, when trained.
- Class 8 type driving license for vehicles on site with experience
- Technical level education.
- Supervisor skill (manage personnel)
