Responsabilities The Dorado Beach HOA Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the general building security and safety, maintenance, and welfare of our residents.

This position oversees building projects to ensure successful completion and supervises the groundskeeping and maintenance personnel. The HOA Manager plans, organizes, and supervises maintenance and repairs performed by building staff and contractors. Prepares weekly and monthly work schedule and is responsible for purchasing supplies, equipment and services.


Requisitos:
Education & Skills Fully Bilingual (Spanish & English).College education or training in the Building. Management industry preferred. Computer literate.
Knowledge preparing work schedules.
Demonstrated quality interpersonal communication skills.
Able to work flexible hours.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Experience2 years previous experience in the building management industry or similar position.@@@Previous experience as a Building Supervisor preferred.
