    What ́s the role?

    As an OCS Specialist, you will be responsible to performe as a highly skilled Online Charging System (OCS) Specialist to join our BSS team. In this role, you will focus on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Online Charging System, placing primary emphasis on seamless day-to-day operations.

    How can you add value?

  • Collaborate with product owners, operations, vendors, and other stakeholders to actively contribute to the formulation of comprehensive solutions.
  • Configuring and managing diverse product-related elements, including but not limited to Product Catalogs, Bundles, Offers, Price Components.
  • Oversee the operations of multiple services such as voice, SMS, Data, VoWiFi, and event-based billing to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Provide third level support for rating issues escalated beyond the IT Operations team.
  • Design and execute unit tests for new functionality, including the use automated testing tools.
  • Develop tools and processes to support operational efficiency improvements in production.
  • What do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field.
  • Previous hands-on experience with OCS (Online Charging Systems) is highly desirable, with a preference for expertise in platforms such as Ericsson, Amdocs, Huawei, or Matrixx, among others.
  • Highly skilled professional with expertise in critical protocols and technologies, including Camel, Diameter (Ro, Gy, Sy, SS7), Linux, REST APIs, and Bash scripting or python.
  • Knowledge about Protocol simulators / analyzers (Wireshark)
  • Proficient in database concepts, encompassing both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Additional knowledge of cloud technologies and orchestration with Kubernetes is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exposure and knowledge of TM Forum eTOM/SID and TAM models desired but not required.
