Availability to work all shifts, weekends and HolidaysJob Description:
Coordinate employees start and stop shifts, breaks and complaints. Be the main liaison between our fulltime Corteva staff and the hiring agency. Should be organized, strong communication, able to fill a position on the production floor if needed. Will be the main contact for all agency employee concerns. Monitor absences and alert Corteva Supervisor of concerns, attendance issues, complaints.


Requirements:

Education:
Minimum technical degree in office systems or related experience

Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills. Basic knowledge of Excel & Outlook.


Experience:
Must have high computer skills, data entry and Microsoft programs. Leadership and Organizational Skills.
Availability to work all shifts, weekends, and Holidays.


Requisitos:
The contingent worker will be responsible of the process to expedite the needed driver license when asked. This is requirement of employment.
