- Negotiating and identifying the most appropriate deal for CV, not just financially but also vendor's capabilities to achieve the required commitments
- Procuring: MRO's Services & Contracts Indirect purchases
- Ensuring continuous materials sourcing
- MRO's Price Optimization Awareness
- Identifying opportunities for Leverage in MRO procurement
- Day to day capacity utilization Supply Chain Advice
- Plant RM and MRO's Leverage Opportunities
- Receiving activities as relates to scheduling
- Assisting the financial team by ensuring the veracity/legitimacy of the vendor
- Identifying Cost Savings Opportunities
- Assisting on material returns (RTV's), any discrepancies or claims as relates to the purchase
- Five years of experience in purchasing, planning, and vendor relations in a medical device/pharmaceutical-regulated industry. Preferable experience procuring MRO's, Services, and Indirect purchases.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent oral and written skills
- Knowledge in Quality System Regulations
- Effective leadership
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Willing to travel
- Expert user of PC productivity tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
