DFX5 is an AWS Advanced Partner delivering cloud and AI services built on the AWS platform to enterprise clients across Latin America and the Caribbean.

We're not a massive, slow-moving consultancy, we are a fast-scaling team of specialists who combine deep technical expertise with a relentless focus on customer outcomes.

As we expand our sales organization across the region, we're building something ambitious, and we're looking for people who want to build it with us.

What You'll Do

Own your territory. Manage a named portfolio of top-tier banks and conglomerates across Caribbean, driving revenue, adoption, and market share growth.
Co-sell with AWS. Work side-by-side with AWS Account Managers to jointly present DFX5's cloud and AI value proposition to enterprise decision-makers.
Develop and execute your GTM strategy. Build a territory coverage plan, maintain a robust pipeline, and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
Engage at the executive level. Lead conversations with C-suite leaders, IT directors, and line-of-business owners to articulate how DFX5 accelerates their cloud journey.
Navigate complex deals. Sell into multiple business units within each account, managing sophisticated infrastructure requirements and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
Be the voice of the customer. Champion a customer-obsessed culture that translates into measurable business outcomes and long-term loyalty.

What We're Looking For


5–10+ years of quota-carrying experience in technology sales or business development, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

Cloud sales experience required (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and prior experience selling migration, modernization, and AI/ML services.
Enterprise deal expertise. You know how to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers across large organizations.
Executive presence. Comfortable presenting to and building relationships with C-level executives and senior IT leaders.
Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
BA/BS degree required; MBA or MS degree is a plus. Background in engineering, computer science, or business administration preferred.
Regional knowledge. Deep understanding of the Central American business landscape, financial services sector, or both is a strong differentiator.
