- Assists in overseeing and supporting Holman's operational and customer service initiatives and day-to-day operations for the region. (PR and USVI)
- Contributing to the implementation of Holman's Fleet Management business plans in cooperation with the customer, including client visits, follow-up reports and budget and result measurement.
- Provides tactical assistance to the team and will assist in directing, evaluating and controlling all operational activities to assure work is accurate, timely and compliant with company policies, industry standards and government regulations.
- Ability to handle projects, determine and assign resources and individual tasks, as well as allocating and balancing resources across competing priorities.
- Responsible for maintaining proper files and documentation, in compliance with federal and local laws, in order to do business in Puerto Rico.
- Responsible for vendor relations as it relates to both existing and prospective vendors. Will provide assistance and training as required.
- Responsible for making independent decisions regarding vendor management.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Previous experience working with PR Government Agencies
- Knowledge of federal and local laws as it relates to financial and transportation services industries.
- Must be able to travel frequently, overnight lodging required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to communication in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing.

Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $38, - $55, USD annually for full time employees.
