In this role, you'll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

Performs weighting and mixing process of raw material -drugs- (such as: Amino Acids, Metronidazole Heparin, Milrinoner etc) based on available resources and activities.

This includes hydrolysis process of lactic acid. Starts machine and adjusts valves for mixing process. Operates machine until mixture reaches desired consistency as per mixing specifications. Operates auxiliary equipment to prepare mixture for final processing. Takes care of automatic mixing machine. Assure that all drug mixing complies with all standards (SOPs), especially Good Documentation Practices. Follow and comply with established SOPS, specifications and practices. Comply with CFR requirements. Ability to solve daily quality and material issues to assure the most efficient, effective and safety product release. Participate in the new products protocols.

• Fill out, review and maintain all reports as required (daily, weekly, monthly, annually) in compliance with cGMPs, cGDP's and other internal and external standards.
• Coordinate, monitor and perform sampling handling process, and refers them to Plant Pharmacist as required.
• perform routine area audit to ensure compliance with established company and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A. D.) or B.

S in Science Computer knowledge is required (Windows:
Excel). Must be able to weigh raw materials and work with compounding solution mixes.

• Willing to work extra hours, any shift and during weekends when required.
