    Our client is a real estate development company specializing in the creation of pioneering luxury residential and resort communities with a global presence, operating from offices in San Juan, USA, the Caribbean, and Europe.

    The position requires a dynamic professional who can seamlessly navigate both executive support and office management responsibilities across various locations.

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication globally. Manage day-to-day office operations in San Juan, and offices abroad. Assist in budget management and review documents, reports, and presentations to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Office management experience is a plus.


    Requisitos:
    Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients and partners globally. A proactive and self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work independently. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to pitch in as needed. English and Spanish full proficiency required
