- Desarrollar y ejecutar estratégias de contenido para redes sociales que reflejen los objetivos de la marca y atraigan a la audiencia target.
- Crear contenido original y atractivo para diversas plataformas de redes sociales, incluyendo publicaciones, imágenes, videos y otros formatos multimedia.
- Gestionar y mantener las cuentas de redes sociales de la empresa, incluyendo la programación de publicaciones, respuesta a comentarios y mensajes, y moderación de la comunidad.
- Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para integrar las actividades de redes sociales con otras iniciativas de marketing y campañas.
- Monitorear las tendencias de las redes sociales, investigar la competencia y mantenerse al día con las mejores prácticas y cambios en algoritmos.
- Analizar datos y métricas de redes sociales para evaluar el rendimiento de las campañas y ajustar estrategias según sea necesario.
- Identificar oportunidades para el crecimiento de seguidores, el compromiso del público y la generación de leads o conversiones a través de las redes sociales.
- Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias, herramientas y plataformas emergentes en redes sociales.
- Capaz de interpretar los resultados y tomar medidas para aumentar la efectividad de las campañas de medios sociales.
- Experiencia previa en gestión de redes sociales, marketing digital o campos relacionados.
- Excelentes habilidades de escritura y comunicación, con atención al detalle.
- Conocimiento profundo de plataformas de redes sociales como Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn y TikTok, así como de herramientas de gestión de redes sociales.
- Estar altamente familiarizado con Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign y Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Debe poder grabar contenido desde una camara profesional.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno rápido y adaptable.
- Fuerte comprensión de métricas y análisis de redes sociales.
- Creatividad y capacidad para generar ideas innovadoras para contenido de redes sociales.
- Habilidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo, con fuertes habilidades de colaboración.
- Diploma universitario en marketing, comunicaciones, publicidad o un campo relacionado (preferido).
- Disponibilidad a trabajar horas extra, fin de semana y días feriados de ser necesario.
