Descripción
Responsable de realizar auditorías de cumplimiento asignadas relacionadas con el área de DMEPOS, incluyendo pero no limitado a almacén, limpieza y reparación, seguridad con montacargas, gases medicinales, observación de cuidados en el entorno del paciente y otros procedimientos de seguridad requeridos en la operación, entre otros.
Además, esta función es responsable de recopilar, agregar y analizar los datos aplicables requeridos para los informes de auditoría de manera oportuna y de realizar revisiones semanales de los registros de producción de gases medicinales, la aplicación.
Ayudar adecuadamente con la revisión, respuesta, conciliación y documentación de quejas e incidentes internos o externos del plan de salud.
Asiste con otros proyectos de la Oficina de Cumplimiento, según se le asigne.Requisitos:
1)
Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas o campo relevante, preferiblemente.2) 1 a 3 años de experiencia en la recopilación, agregación y análisis de datos, junto con la redacción de informes.- preferiblemente.3) Experiencia en preparación de informes, presentaciones multimedia, capacitación en servicio y desarrollo del personal.4) Experiencia avanzada con Microsoft Word, Excel y Power Point y capacidad para construir y administrar bases de datos.5) Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.6) Buena gestión del tiempo y del proyecto 7) Bilingüe inglés-español- preferiblemente.8) Buen manejo de conflictos y resolución de problemas.9) Conocimiento con equipos médicos duraderos, farmacias u otras operaciones médicas que requieran medidas de seguridad de OSHA.10) Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de 8:30am a 5:30pm."Clinical Medical Services, Inc. es un patrono con Patrono con Igualdad de Oportunidad en el Empleo.
