    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity

    Guarantee availability of all raw and packing materials for production, from the contact with suppliers, replenishment planning, and schedule. Assure the proper inventory for all raw and packing materials. Assure SOX controls results.Ensure optimal use of the manufacturing plant resources through accurate and detailed plant scheduling, meeting the required service levels, and plant efficiency. Production planner encompasses the efficient coordination and oversight of the manufacturing and assembly processes for multipack products. This involves optimizing production schedules, resource allocation, and raw material management to meet customer demand while minimizing production costs and waste. Furthermore, the production planner is also responsible for strategically allocating time and resources for innovation projects. These projects are integral to fostering continuous improvement and market competitiveness. They encompass research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing production processes, introducing innovative packaging designs, and incorporating novel features into the multipack products. Balancing the daily production requirements with allocating resources to these innovation projects is crucial to ensure the organization's long-term growth and success.

    As Planicador(a) de Producción your functions would consist of ...

  • Ensure the flow of materials necessary for manufacturing operation and Ensure that the company never runs out of necessary manufacturing materials.
  • Guarantee the right inventory in Supply Chain for all finished goods, raw and packing materials and manage replenishment process linked with consensus forecast and running rates.
  • Plant & Mixing Center maquila (LIFT) scheduling to meet demand and imporvee plant Eficciency.
  • Follow up on production plan complicance too meet service level.
  • Contact suppliers and place the PO for raw materials and Assure weekly inventory levels visibility.
  • Report Generation: Produce comprehensive reports summarizing the analytical findings, emphasizing correlations between study times and business outcomes.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Implement a system of ongoing monitoring and updates to the analysis to ensure its alignment with evolving learning requirements and business imperatives.
    • Qualifications

    Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or Materials Management. (required)
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software/programsas opportunities or department needs arise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Computer knowledge and SAP inventory management. (required)
  • Full availability of days and hours of work.
  • Analytical skills for replenishment process.
  • Language skills, ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly effective and professional verbal and written communication skills with team, internal customers and suppliers that includes a strong focus on teamwork and internal/exte.
  • The ability to communicate eloquently and effectively in spoken English is foundational to internal and external communication, encompassing the attributes of articulation, clarity, and the capacity to convey intricate concepts succinctly and persuasively.
