The Bursar Officer plays a key role in supporting the student with their enrollment payment, payment plans and financial counseling among other student's services.
This position is responsible for processing student accounts, providing excellent student service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Bursar's office.
Requisitos:
Associates degree. Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in customer service and or call center environment. Able to speak fluently and write in English and Spanish. Must be available for rotating shifts from 9:00am-6:00pm/12:00pm-9:00pm with overtime shift alternating Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm.
