    Perform thorough inspections of architectural components during various stages of construction to verify compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.2.

    Document inspection findings.3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.4.

    Implement and manage a robust document control system to track, organize, and distribute project documents, including drawings, contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.5.

    Timely review, approval, and distribution of project documents to support construction activities, inspections, and regulatory compliance.6. Assist in the preparation and compilation of project closeout documentation, including record drawings, as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranties.7. Provide administrative support for project meetings.


    Requisitos:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.2. Proven experience in architectural inspection, document control, or a related role within the construction industry.3. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction techniques, building codes, and regulatory requirements.4. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.5. Proficiency in document management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.7. Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.8. Familiarity with CAD software and drawing review processes is advantageous.9. Certification as a building inspector, document control specialist, or related credential is desirable.10. Willingness to travel to project si
