As the assigned instructor, it's crucial to follow the approved curriculum, stay updated on subject matter, and motivate students using insights from psychology.

Tailoring lessons, creating a conducive environment, and assessing progress are vital. Collaboration with colleagues and parents, enforcing rules, and participating in curriculum development are essential. Also, assisting with behavior supervision, attending meetings, fostering partnerships, and implementing feedback mechanisms are key responsibilities. Lastly, fulfilling duties assigned by superiors is integral.


Requisitos:

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred, from an accredited college or University with a 3.00 GPA or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students and school personnel.
• Must be willing to implement the standards as established by the LEAP Social Enterprise Board of Trustees and the Federal Department of Agriculture.
• Exercise good judgment, supervision and problem-solving.
• Possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
