    Our client is a specialized law firm focused on Grant Administration. Our mission is to align these organizations' goals with available grant opportunities, facilitating impactful contributions to community development.

    Job Description: We are seeking a creative and strategic Grant Writer for a local law firm. In this role, you will focus on pre-award services, developing and writing grant proposals specifically tailored to meet the needs of our clients across government, non-profit, and public sectors. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the strategic pillars crucial for enhancing funding opportunities and will be adept at aligning these with the missions and objectives of the organizations we serve.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and write grants, ensuring that each proposal meticulously aligns with the organization's mission and goals.

    Grant Prospect Research:

    • Identify prospective sources of funding from federal, state, municipal, and foundation channels.
    • Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to ensure they align precisely with the missions of participating organizations.
    • Prepare letters of inquiry, pre-proposals, and comprehensive proposals in collaboration with non-profit organizations.
    • Creatively design grants based on key strategic pillars to enhance funding opportunities.
    • Work closely with strategic planning teams to ensure grant applications align with organizational goals.
    • Provide timely updates on trends and policy changes in grant-making, particularly those affecting federal funding opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, English, Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields.
    • Demonstrated experience in grant writing, preferably within non-profit or public policy sectors.
    • Exceptional writing and research skills.
    • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across various teams.
