    Job Description

    Process Facilitator with experience in supervising, dispensing, compaction, mixing, compression and coating operations. Manage (facilitate, organize, plan, direct and control) Process/ Package Operations to produce high quality product in accordance with the operating strategy. This position is for the third shift, Sunday to Thursday. Would be in training on the second shift for 2-3 months and then move on to the third shift.

    Duties:
    • On the day-to-day basis this person will be responsible for process or bulk packaging operations.
    • Provides direction to personnel in the efficient use of equipment and materials to produce quality products in accordance with the Plan.
    • Promotes a LEAN culture, and encourages continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, production, and safety using team driven processes and KPIs.
    • Ensures compliance with GMP, SHE, OSHA, EPA regulations.
    • Provides technical support in the selection, installation, and qualification of all processing equipment by conducting troubleshooting activities to avoid and resolve technical problems of routine manufacturing nature.
    • Creates and initiates development plans for professional growth of subordinates.
    • Promotes the use of safe work practices in all areas and ensures all external and SHE standards are met daily.
    • Accountable for training personnel on equipment, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Prepares, conducts, analyzes, and completes investigation of deviation reports and follow up completeness of corrective actions within expected time frame.
    • Monitors KPIs and visual boards for the assigned areas. Identify any necessary action plans.
    • Prepares and conducts performance appraisals of employees under their responsibilities.
    • Responsible for conducting disciplinary corrective actions process with employees.
    • Follows the Manufacturing Order and the Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Completes and reconciles with high level of accuracy process documents related to the duties assigned as per SOP and GMP requirements within established time provided.
    • Promotes and encourages continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, production, and safety using team driven processes and key performance indicators and recognition and rewarding high performance.
    • Works collaboratively to ensure flow of product, sharing of best practices, and LEAN behaviors.
    • Establishes, communicates, and maintains the manufacturing day to-day schedule with consideration of equipment, building utilities and staffing constraints.
    • Availability to work extended hours if required.


    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in related field and 5+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated industry.
    • Knowledge in Manufacturing and Bulk Packing Process.
    • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
