    Scope of Job
  • RCM is seeking an ADP Workforce Now Support Specialist for our pharmaceutical client in Puerto Rico.
    • Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support in payroll processes and report generation using Workforce Now.
  • Check for data errors that occur between the SAP to Workday and Workday to Workforce interfaces.
  • Develop and deliver web-based training presentations for clients.
  • Manage and resolve client issues as they arise during and after the project.
    • Qualifications
  • Minimum of years of experience working with Workforce Now
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish-English)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience working independently without daily supervision
  • Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
