Responsible for overseeing and leading the implementation of MMM's Medicare compliance initiatives, programs and processes with consistent excellence that supports the company, develops the team, and honors the company's values.

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 10 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience, including minimum of 8 years management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish-English is required.
