    What we are looking for

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is Sciences or Engineering is required.
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility in an OTC or Pharma regulated environment industry is required.
  • Black Belt or Green Belt Certification is required.
  • Must have proven leadership with significant experience in demonstrating effective influence of senior management is required.
  • Proven record of leading teams in delivering results is required.
  • Strong knowledge in Organizational Development. Business and Financial Acumen is required.
  • Proven record in leading organizational design and development is required.
  • Sedentary work that requires minimum physical effort. Also requires communication skills, eye-hand coordination, and the ability to move. Near and far visual discrimination, depth perception, depth of color, heat depth, visual field, visual and color accommodation is required.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish is required.
  • Knowledgeable in statistics, GMP and pharmaceutical industry applicable regulations is required.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Scheduling) is required.
  • This position requires enhanced negotiation skills, project leadership, vision, excellent communication skills, a customer service/satisfaction focus, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask is required.
  • Ability to work with others and/or lead is required.
  • Ability to use PC and associated software is required.
  • The following technical skills are necessary: advanced research capabilities, problem solving, excellent organizational abilities, and project management is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
  • Demonstrated enterprise-wide knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams is required.
  • Incumbent should demonstrate solid competencies on the current values and behaviors to effectively contribute to the transformation of the scope of work is required.
  • Able to travel in and outside of Puerto Rico (approximately 10% of time). Able to work extra hours and to respond to emergency calls that require returning to the company after regular working hours of business is required.
  • Able to support other departments or projects according to business needs is required.

    • Desired Qualifications

  • PMP or a Project Management Certification is highly desirable.
  • Master's Degree or other advanced degree is preferred.

  • Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $116,00 to $200,100 .This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
