As the Process Improvement Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing process improvement for Packing, Warehouse and Blending/Loadout departments.

• To succeed, you must be able to:
• Organize, prioritize and own multiple tasks while meeting or exceeding deadlines
• Learn and apply new technology, and share your knowledge with others
• Support the execution of capital projects within the Packing, Warehouse and Blending/Loadout departments.
• Participate and lead process improvement initiatives including Centerlining, Preventative Maintenance, Pristine, 5S and ELEMEDS (Every Load, Every Mill, Every Day Safely)

• 3 or more years of direct experience in food manufacturing or similar
• Intermediate level knowledge of packaging equipment, programming, and process improvement systems
• Trouble shooting experience in operations for the purpose of optimization
• Prior experience in project development from a cost/risk analysis, project management, and project implementation, develop capital project planning cost/benefit analysis, projecting return on investment and interface with the Engineering department for capital development, and project execution
• Demonstrated understanding of safety hazards and protocols
• Understanding of computerized maintenance management systems
• Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Engineering, Packaging, or other transferable focus
• Prior experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
