- Project Control Specialist
- Develop and maintain project control processes and procedures to ensure effective project monitoring and reporting.
- Monitor project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and quality, and identify areas of concern or improvement.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards for project stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and forecasts, and track actual project costs against budget.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop mitigation strategies for project risks and issues.
- Support project change management processes, including tracking and evaluating change requests.
- Provide training and support to project team members on project control processes and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project controls, project management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
