    We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

  • Document Control Representative

    • The Document Control Representative will play a critical role in maintaining and organizing documents, tracking revisions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage the document control process, including document creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date document repositories and databases.
  • Ensure that documents are properly formatted, labeled, and stored according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Track document revisions and maintain version control to ensure the most current versions are available.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate document reviews and approvals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to employees on document control processes and systems.
  • Conduct periodic audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in document control or records management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to organize and maintain large volumes of documents.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and software (e.g., SharePoint, Documentum).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document control (e.g., ISO standards) is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
