Independently design, execute and interpret critical experiments to answer scientific questions for manufacturing technical evaluation, new product introduction, or continuous process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably Bio-Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of experience in a related field; or Master's Degree in Science, preferably Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 2 years of experience in related field.
Experience in biologics manufacturing, especially with experience in quality systems (being able to own or assess the impact for change plans/change control), and product transfer.
Experience in Tech Transfer and Process Support for biologics manufacturing.
