    A Day in the Life

    Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Remotely sell Medtronic's products within assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs (manage and respond to customer concerns and problems)
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound sales calls, use digital tools to prospect and generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Territory management: Effectively manage remotely the assigned sales territories, identify potential customers, and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities and close sales.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Remotely sell Medtronic's product and retain end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's products.
  • Sales reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity reports, and other documentation in the CRM software.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, among others.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
  • Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent)
  • 0 years of experience required with an introductory knowledge of company products and services
  • Utilize sales skills in communication and sales to highlight the advantages of a product or service.
  • Strong telephone presence (communication skills and etiquette) with ability to manage numerous calls in a day.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiar with MS Office suite of products.
  • Competent with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • English proficiency.
  • Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in with companies in the medical industry or similar regulated industry preferred.
