    • Focused IT primary Point of Contact that can be dispatched to expedite the support, participate and support Rapid Response Team, triage process and attend/support Daily Performance Meetings
    • Assist network support team and other infra teams for day-to-day troubleshooting and infra projects.
    • Assist Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high-priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution
    • Helps local hardware support team with checking printers and shopfloor peripherals.
    • Assist the hardware support team with applications or processes.
    • Act as coordinator for resolving incidents related to any application support in a manufacturing plant.
    • Be a SPOC for BUIT, Local support, and external vendors.
    • Resolve connection issues with weighing scales including replacement of defective MOXA and related network components.
    • Coordinate with MLL Workstation engineering (WESS) team to resolve OS and workstation build issues including anti-virus/malware-related setup and issues.
    • Test connectivity for changes to network, including wireless, and patching.
    • Coordinate with application owners to install the client applications and ensure that they launch as expected.
    • Coordinate with equipment vendors for repair and maintenance
    • Initial troubleshooting for application issues and continue to provide coordination/escalation to resolution/conclusion.
    • Support base business-related IQ/OQ testing and technical change control activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling Site IT support, incident management
    • Should be familiar with ITIL process (Service/Asset management)
    • Fluent in English and Spanish - write, read, and speak
    • Must be knowledgeable in network infrastructure.
    • Should be knowledgeable of multiple Operating Systems, and DB's.
    • Should be able to work independently and be ready to provide support during off-business hours.
    • Should possess multi-tasking capabilities with excellent coordination skills.
    • Cross Team/Dept Coordination
    • Project coordination experience
    • Experience in the regulated industry (pharma/medical devices) is a plus.

    • Available to work Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
    Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
