The Parts Fulfillment Specialist will support the parts and service department by maintaining accurate and current parts inventory records as to pricing, supersedure's, creating master inventory lists and tracking parts order. Interfacing with service and call center to create an optimal customer/consumer service experience. This role is 100% onsite.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Generate parts purchases orders, track, and update ETA's in Oracle systems.

Confirm parts arrivals and backorder ETA's.

Update Supersedure's in SSI and Oracle systems.

Update pricing in SSI and Oracle systems.

Monitor service technician's replenishment parts to maintain proper truck stock levels.

Assist in inventory cycle counts of parts warehouse and truck stock as well as full inventory counts.

Support with disposition of parts on arrival.

Responsible for shipping parts to Caribbean.

Process tax payment via SURI.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Working knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Fully Bilingual both Spanish & English.

Good communication presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment.

Strong organizational, multitasking, problem solving, and time management skills.

Excellent attention to details, proficient recordkeeping, and database maintenance skills.

Ability to lift 30 pounds unassisted.

Forklift qualified preferred not required.
