- Develop presentations for new courses or workshops, demonstrating a basic understanding of instructional design principles.
- Update and maintain existing presentations, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
- Prepare curriculum and teaching plans, including the creation of online courses via various platforms.
- Demonstrate creativity, organization, and dynamism in contributing fresh ideas for program enhancement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our students and colleagues, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, embodying a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and nights as needed, considering that many courses are scheduled during non-traditional hours.
- Proficiency in MS Project is essential.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably supplemented with a Master's in project management, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management roles, with a focus on scheduling and leadership.
- Teaching experience at college or postgraduate level, with a background in curriculum development and training related to project management.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with the Canva app for graphic design is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, websites, and marketing/sales techniques.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
