- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technologist
- Minimum one year of experience as a Medical Technologist or Similar position.
- Valid Medical Technologist license.
- Must have a valid driver's license and passport.
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations for Medical Technologists.
- Expertise in laboratory systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail for error and omission detection.
- Proficiency in computer, scanner, and Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours.
- Willingness to work across the region.
- Experience in diagnosing and identifying application problems in laboratory equipment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to relate to people at all hierarchical levels
- Ability to identify and set priorities.
- Great attention to detail, ability to detect errors or omissions.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional projection
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, fixed hours, and overtime.
