    A Brief Overview

    The FB Commercial Hub Administrator and Systems Analyst (nCino and Salesforce) of the Commercial Credit Administration Unit performs a variety of high-level tasks primarily focused on the oversight of functional/business administration of the Salesforce and nCino LOS platforms, driving delivery of new features, enhancements and FB Commercial Hub Administrator and Systems Analyst (nCino and Salesforce) will work with the following critical activities:

    1)Assist during the implementation of the nCino and Salesforce platforms with focus on commercial lending, credit administration and credit initiatives by leading in the following activities:

  • Analysis of commercial and business processes to help translate requests into business requirements.
  • Gathering and documentation of business requirements.
  • Testing of functionalities pre and post development.
  • 2)Gathers business requirements from stakeholders on new features /enhancements for Salesforce and nCino platforms after implementation.

    3)Leads configuration efforts related to Salesforce and nCino LOS platforms.

    4)Configure new features for Salesforce and nCino LOS platforms.

    5)Design and execution of monitoring reports as well as On-Going Communications (, performance reporting, business reviews, scorecards, dashboards, ad-hoc analysis).

    6)Analysis and documentation of processes, development of reports, metrics, and dashboards (, Loan duration, average time to close, compliance with internal and external SLA's, exception reporting).

    7)Evaluation and update of processes and reports to recommend process improvements and metrics as related to the (nCino and Salesforce) platforms.

    The Credit Administration Unit works in a fast-paced environment, with various strategic projects, Business Units and Executives. Important qualities for the role are organizational skills, quick learners, attention to detail, analytical thinking, teamwork, excel and power point proficiency, and English proficiency.

  • Analysis and documentation of processes, development of reports, metrics, and dashboards (, Loan duration, average time to close, compliance with internal and external SLA's, exception reporting).
  • Evaluation and update of processes and reports to recommend process improvements and metrics as related to the (nCino and Salesforce) platforms.
  • Execute special tasks assigned by supervisor.
  • Assists with presentations to Senior Management, Board of Directors and other special projects.

  • What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance accounting or related fields is required.
  • More than (5) five years of experience in a similar position or relevant experience. Banking experience is preferable.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Preferable certifications to qualify: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Financial Service Cloud Accredited Professional, nCino Commercial Banking Configuration Certification and nCino Commercial Banking Certification.
