    What ́s the role?

    As the Director of Puerto Rico Regional Supply Chain Management, you are responsible for the Supply chain for market group. You will coordinate regional activities with the global function of Supply Chain (COE, Planning and Logistics). You will also be responsible for the implementation of the Supply chain strategy in the region. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of Supply Chain Responsibility.

    How can you add value?

  • Accountable for Core, Transport, Access, Project, Mobile and CPE demand planning and execution of reverse for the region/Cluster
  • Accountable for Service Delivery CAPEX for the region/Cluster (incl. Monthly roll, Budget & LRP)
  • Accountable for local Supply Chain Operation within the Region/Cluster with Strategic Partners
  • Accountable for the lead implementation and successful execution of Global Supply Chain Strategy within the Region/Cluster
  • Responsible for reporting (Operational, Financial, Performance) to Supply Chain Management on behalf of the Region.
  • Act as first point of escalation for Markets Senior Management within Region/Cluster.
  • Manage internal Stakeholders relationships to control cost/budget, improve
    service and support strategic goals.
  • Responsible for supporting Global Functions of Supply Chain for the markets within the Region/Cluster.
  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies, and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
  • Other functions may be assigned.
  • What do you need?

    Education and/or Experience:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Procurement. MBA preferred.

    Eight to ten years related work experience in Supply Chain.

  • Extensive proven track record showing the ability to successfully manage
    operation in a multi-country/multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to form strong business relationships across all functions.
  • Leadership skills with strong record of people management remotely
    including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Requires solid proven experience (10+ years) of performing a management
    function in Supply Chain
  • Control & manage multimillion dollar OPEX & CAPEX budgets.
  • Techniques including planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and escalation within an
    international telecom environment.
  • Demonstrate strong commutation and reporting skills in a multi-
    country/multi-cultural environment.
