    What ́s the role?

    As the Senior Manager Pricing, you will be responsible for leading the execution of the pricing strategy. You will collaboratively with cross functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product and Supply, and commercially manage pricing decisions for Liberty products and services across multiple channels. This role will identify, pilot, and implement margin optimization opportunities through pricing actions. Will also play critical roles in defining pricing execution strategy and the evolution of advanced pricing tactics and new products.

    Essential Duties and Accountabilities, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the operational execution and implementation of pricing decisions.
  • Lead cross functional execution of pricing strategies and drive performance improvement.
  • Lead pricing programs to increase revenue and growth, capitalize on strengths and mitigate challenges for products.
  • Understand customer needs, build customer value, and highlight competitive differentiation through pricing strategy.
  • Drive alignment on pricing with product, marketing, sales, & finance leaders.
  • Define pricing critical metrics; monitor and report the effectiveness of product/program launches.
  • Apply business knowledge and market intelligence to make pricing strategy recommendations that drive market performance and set forward business strategy.
  • Proactively review reports to signal risk to plan and make price, volume, and mix recommendations accordingly.
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leadership on tactical execution, long-term strategy, and change management to increase profit.
  • Speak to results, perform root cause analysis, analyze trends, uncover risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain historical pricing data on the organization and its competitors.
  • Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
  • Other functions may be assigned.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Directly supervise and provide mentorship a group of employees in the Customer Experience Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Liberty policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and advising work; appraising performance; leading employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    What do you need?

    Education and/or Experience:

    BS/BA in Business Administration or Business Management, Marketing/Finance, or other related fields.

    6-9 years of Management experience in Strategy, Marketing, Insights and Research and/or Product Management.

    Other Qualifications:

  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
  • Superior attention to detail/highly organized, strong sense of accountability.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Solid Analytical abilities – knowledge in data visualization tools such as Microsoft BI and or Tableau preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish partnerships working with senior leaders and across organizational lines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present sophisticated technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
  • Strategic mentality with sound reasoning skills to understand the factors influencing strategy such as customers, competition, and the organization's strengths and weakness.
  • Ability to handle several projects and tasks at a time.
  • Willing to travel.
