Support and provide guidance to Guest Experience Agents by training, coaching, and providing performance feedback with an eye toward execution.

Prioritize, delegate, execute, and support day-to-day tasking to ensure a five-star guest experience. Assist in continuous improvement of property maintenance and solving roadblocks proactively.

Work closely with the General Manager to build, improve, and identify opportunities to elevate operations for our teammates and guests.

: Requisitos:Minimum 3 years of experience managing direct reports; experience in travel & hospitality are considered a plus. Fully Bilingual. Previous experience as Leader in Hotel Industry.
