GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates play a crucial role in the triumph of Sunglass Hut. You'll infuse an authentic, enjoyable, and lively atmosphere for all customers, guiding them to discover high-quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing both new and existing customer connections to build brand loyalty.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by establishing rapport, paying attention to details, and offering a personalized and distinctive shopping journey that leads to customer contentment.
• Actively engage in and contribute to a positive in-store ambiance, cultivating strong, professional relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
• Take pride in maintaining the store's aesthetics, demonstrating initiative in keeping displays and inventory clean, appealing, and well-organized. Ensure all company assets under your supervision are secure.
• Help promote an inclusive atmosphere by treating customers and coworkers with dignity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technologies and adapt to change with precision
• Take responsibility for sales outcomes by leveraging selling skills and a determination to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities (both verbal and written)
• Self-driven individual with proven multitasking capabilities; able to adapt promptly in a dynamic environment
