- Report issues that may affect the quality of products to supervisors; alert supervisor of any risk or issues where the employee's or workplace safety be in danger;
- Use and maintain in good conditions the personal protection equipment (PPE) according to the Safety Program;

- Ability to learn applicable technology, to include (but not limited to) handheld devices and desktop computers;
- Ability to function both individually and as a member of a team;
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with ability to meet overtime demands including occasional shift work, weekends, and holidays;
- Willing and able to work in a variety of areas fields, and/or protected culture;
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull pounds regularly;

- Reportar situaciones que puedan afectar la calidad de los productos a su supervisor, avisar al supervisor de cualquier riesgo o situación donde los empleados o el lugar de trabajo se encuentre en riesgo de seguridad.
- Uso y mantenimiento adecuado del equipo de protección personal (PPE) de acuerdo con el programa de seguridad.

- Habilidad para aprender sobre tecnologías aplicables, donde se incluye, pero no se limita al uso de equipos como computadoras y equipos portátiles.
- Habilidad para trabajar tanto en equipo como de manera individual.
- Habilidad para trabajar tiempo completo (40 horas por semana) con capacidad para trabajar en tiempo extra que puede incluir distintos turnos, fines de semana y dias feriados.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en distintas áreas en campo abierto y/o invernaderos;
- Ser capaz de levantar, empujar o halar 40-50 libras regularmente;
- Debe tener disponibilidad para cumplir con la demanda de tiempo extra, incluyendo trabajo en fines de semana y dias feriados;
- Habilidad y disponibilidad para obtener la licencia de Aplicador de pesticidas de uso restringido (Operador de Hagie) en un periodo de 6 meses desde el día de la contratación.
- Licencia validad de conducir (para ser elegible para manejar un vehículo de la compañía, tu expediente debe cumplir con las reglas básicas de la compañía como escrutinio de riesgo para contratar choferes. El registro de vehículos de motor será revisado como parte del escrutinio previo a contratación.
- Habilidad para operar maquinaria y equipos agrícolas;
