- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders.

Careers that Change LivesAs a PD PMO Program Manager in our Villalba, PR manufacturing site, you will lead projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies to enable breakthrough process changes and improvements. You will lead cross functional teams, monitor the project from initiation to delivery, oversee and manage the operational aspects of the projects, serves as liaison between the manufacturing site and the operating unit and ensure activities are completed on time and in alignment to the strategic and tactical objectives of the Global Operations and Supply Chain (GO&SC) and the Operating Unit. You will be responsible to communicate with stakeholders, obtain their engagement and deliver project status to the upper management.
