    Descripción
    Identify staffing needs, determine selection criteria, potential candidate sources through online channels. Interview, evaluate and select non-exempt and supervisory level candidates. Develop and maintain region's talent bank. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. Analyze current recruitment processes and suggest areas for improvement. Maintains human resources information system logs and compiles database reports. Conducts new hire training. Analyze human resources trends and metrics to assist in the development of solutions, programs and policies. Maintain depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Work closely with management and employees to improve labor relations, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Manage specific projects as needed and provide human resources guidance in functional and multifunctional initiatives. Participates in the development of objectives and systems of the department. Assist supervisors in the time and attendance process.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent experience. Intermediate level to expert in the management of ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel). Excellent e-mail domain and office team. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills High level of organizational skills.


    Fully Bilingual:
    English and Spanish (Oral and Written at professional level). Management of Proposals, Quotes, Auctions (preferred) Experience in customer service or direct sales. Experience in high-volume recruitment and human resources management. Powered by JazzHR
