Job Function: Collaborate with various departments to design, develop, and maintain Power Apps solutions, and create insightful business intelligence reports and dashboards.

SCOPE OF WORK
RCM is seeking an Power BI Specialist for our pharmaceutical client in Puerto Rico.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and configur Power Apps solutions integrated with Power BI.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that Power Apps meet business needs.

Customize and extend Power Apps using Power Platform components for seamless integration.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Extract, transform, and load data from various sources to create accurate data models.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Integrate and manage data from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity and security.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Apps and Power BI solutions.

Maintain detailed documentation of Power Apps solutions, data models, and report development processes.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of existing solutions on site.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in Power Apps development and customization.

Proficiency in Power BI.

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Experience with Microsoft Azure services, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies.

Knowledge of data visualization best practices.

Experience with big data technologies.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with + years of experience.

Certifications in relevant areas (, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker, MCSA: BI Reporting) are advantageous.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (, Power Apps, Power BI) are a plus.
