    Position Summary:

    IEM is seeking a Full Time – Eligibility Analyst to join the team.

    Primary Location:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance to Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
  • This role is fully in-office, remote work is not an option.

    • Essential Functions:

  • Access COR3 and FEMA's systems to retrieve PW evaluation documentation.
  • Organize PW documentation in the PRDOH system according to procedures.
  • Validate environmental considerations in PW documentation.
  • Calculate eligible costs for match payment justifications.
  • Ensure procurement documentation aligns with CDBG-DR and PRDOH requirements.
  • Support Grant Manager's Compliance team during labor reviews.
  • Verify Duplication of Benefits compliance for projects.
  • Complete eligibility review steps per standard operating procedures.
  • Submit necessary information for match payment reviews.

    • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Accounting, Law, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience auditing federally funded grant programs.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in FEMA IA, FEMA PA, Federal Funding, Quality Control, and Compliance Review.
