Apprentice Lineman | Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority

1994- 2000

I completed the lineman apprenticeship program which consists of six months in a free climbing school and the other 4 years of work between the lines and groundman. I held the positions of lineman I which consisted of two years of doing minor lineman and mostly groundman jobs. After two years as part of this program, I performed the position of lineman II, which consisted of doing more work for lineman and less for groundman, all of this spurt.

I learned to climb pole, to work with secondary and primary live lines. installation of poles, change of switches, cover lines to carry out live work, operation of specialized equipment and work with underground lines.
