Olga María Morales Deyá

I am a Clinical Social Worker specializing in trauma-informed psychotherapy, early intervention, and evidence-based care for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I currently serve as an RCT Protocol Therapist with the Medical University of South Carolina, contributing to the world’s first randomized controlled trial delivering Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) through telehealth.

My clinical background spans hospital-based care, community mental health, private practice, and large-scale public health initiatives. I have extensive experience conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based models.

I hold advanced training and national certifications in trauma-focused treatment, early psychosis assessment (SIPS), recovery-oriented care (CT-R), family-based interventions, play-based therapy, crisis response, and suicide prevention. My work is grounded in ethical practice, clinical rigor, and cultural humility.
