- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and three (3) years of exempt-level experience in the insurance, banking, or related industry. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to the industry.
- Understanding of common industry practices and concepts.
- Proficient in computer systems and keyboard management.
- Experienced in database management, preparation of statistical reports, analysis, and presentation of results via computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and set priorities.
- Analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Knowledge of basic Quality principles, Continuous Improvement Process, and Measurement System preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written, is required. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Measure and analyze established indicators within the company to ensure adherence to procedures, service standards, regulations, and processing deadlines.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on analysis and measurement outcomes.
- Periodically report measurement results of indicators to Management to spotlight areas of opportunity and necessary process changes.
- Maintain communication with departmental management and staff to ensure compliance with indicators.
- Conduct baseline measurements and compare them with subsequent measurements after action plans for process improvement are established.
- Lead meetings with department management to discuss results, opportunities, identified recommendations, outcomes, and understand the action plans set by the area Manager for solution and process improvements.
- Follow up and ensure the defined action plans by the Manager and operational area are executed.
- Prepare and report results and recommendations as required by Management.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Act as a liaison between the Quality department and Universal Finance to ensure compliance with the development and review of operational procedures.
