- Perform reconciliations of GL Control accounts in a timely manner and in accordance with the established periodicity.
- Perform analysis related to GL Control accounts data.
- Provide support in the resolution of operational issues identified during the reconciliation process and/or notified by other internal units.
- Pursue effective and efficient operation of the assigned GL Control functions in accordance with the Bank's Values and Code of Conduct, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to, and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls and compliance requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting or related field required.
- One (1) year of experience performing account reconciliations, entries and other general duties required.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Bilingual – English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other business applications required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, problem solving, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
