- Support the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to meet task and technical requirements and support the Integrated Product Team with planning and managing the budget for all hardware and tasks.
- Tracks progress, identifies and resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules to ensure smooth project operations.
- Prepare/present status and technical content to IPT Lead, ESTO Leadership, CIPT & upper Pratt & Whitney management.
- Work closely with the Integrated Product Team and authorities on hardware field investigations to drive root cause and recommend product improvements.
- Evaluate product improvement opportunities and initiate Class 2 engineering change executions for those initiatives
- Coordinate evaluation and disposition of quality non-conformances and supplier requests for information.
- Support the Integrated Product Team in performing risk assessments and developing mitigation plans and support hardware field investigations to drive root cause and recommend product improvements.

- Facilitates project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives and attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.
- Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using CORE Operating System tools and support AS9100 efforts.
- Support project management activities and based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties/functions within the company.
- English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil or Aerospace Engineering and 2 years of engineering experience or in the aerospace industry or an Advanced Degree in Engineering with GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Travel is up to 10%
- 1 year of experience with Teamcenter, SAP, MS Project, or other project management tools
