- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the Sciences, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
- 6+ years of experience in project engineering, engineering development or other related roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Experience in risk management, problem-solving and cost account management
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Fluent)
- Technical leadership to a cross discipline, cross site team
- Experience working within Honeywell's system development processes for electronic controllers
- Working knowledge of Honeywell's requirement development tools and processes including DOORS and ClearCase/ClearQuest
- Advanced level knowledge of APU control systems and control components
- Create, support and enhance specific action plans
- Promote customer relationships
- Experience in electronic assembly fabrication
- Program management skills
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
- Demonstrated Earned Value Management skills
