Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising,categorizing,and maintaining records of all Grievancesand Appeals submitted by membersor their authorized representatives(made either orallyor in writing).
- The duties include responsibilityfor the appealand grievances end-to-end processand associated reportingand performance metrics.
- Provide expertiseandsupport to the teamin reviewing,researching,investigating,and resolving appealsand grievancesande complaintsreceivedfromthe Centersfor Servicesof Medicareand Medicaid(CMS)throughthe ComplaintTrackingModule(CTM),ASES...
