- Responsible for planning, issuing, and tracking progress of CWPs and IWPs
- Ensure project milestones are met and collaborate with team members
- Assist in resolving issues related to design information, schedule, safety, and quality
- Support the monitoring of completion activities and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success
- 6+ years construction management experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Skills in cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
- Proficient in Advanced Excel
- Lift and carry heavy items
- Work in various physical conditions
- Requires full range of motion and flexibility
- Must work at heights and in varying temperatures
- Typical construction site environment
- Exposure to different weather conditions
- May work in challenging lighting and noise conditions
